1. ACCEPTANCE

By creating an account on Church Crush, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. Church Crush is operated by CF Design Studio.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old. You must identify as a Christian or be open to faith-based relationships. You must be located in a supported metro area (currently New Orleans, Louisiana).

3. OPPOSITE-GENDER MATCHING ONLY

Church Crush is designed exclusively for opposite-gender matching. This is a core feature of the app and is not configurable.

4. YOUR ACCOUNT

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. We use passwordless magic link authentication — keep your email account secure.

5. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to post false information, impersonate others, harass users, send spam, post explicit content, circumvent matching, scrape data, or create multiple accounts.

6. EVENT LISTINGS

Anyone may submit an event listing for $10 USD. Payment is processed by Stripe. Your statement will show a charge from CF Design Studio. Rejected events receive a refund within 5-7 business days.

7. CHURCH SUBMISSIONS

Church submissions are free and subject to admin approval. We display member counts only — no personal information is shared.

8. MATCHING AND MESSAGING

Profiles are visible in Discover with photos and faith details. Messaging requires a mutual match. The “I Changed My Mind” feature allows either user to end a match.

9. CONTENT YOU POST

By uploading content, you grant Church Crush a non-exclusive license to display it within the app. You retain ownership and are solely responsible for your content.

10. RESOURCES SECTION

Resources content is for informational and encouragement purposes only. It does not constitute professional counseling or legal advice.

11. DISCLAIMERS

Church Crush is provided “as is” without warranties. We do not guarantee matches or verify user identities beyond email authentication.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

CF Design Studio shall not be liable for indirect damages. Total liability shall not exceed $10 USD.

13. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify CF Design Studio from claims arising from your use of the app.

14. TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate accounts at any time. You may delete your account via Settings.

15. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana. Disputes shall be resolved in Orleans Parish, Louisiana.

16. CHANGES

We may update these Terms at any time with email notification of significant changes.
